At Hand Dryers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hygiene solutions; if your product isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the hand dryer in its original manufacturer box with all included mounting hardware, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
